Rebate Management

Many drugs that are being prescribed and dispensed to patients are expensive. Drugs are dispensed in retail pharmacies, hospitals, long term facilities, physician offices, etc. Many of these drugs have rebates available from the manufacturers.

You may be missing out on approaching, applying and collecting rebate dollars for the drugs dispensed by your facility (see below for examples of facilities). This is where the Rebate Management Program subsystem (“RMP”) from PhramaHelps can help. The RMP System was developed working with drug manufacturers. Our RMP System is an aggressive, proactive program that captures dispenses, accumulates them, apply for rebates and distributes the rebates to your facility. We negotiate and deliver rebates that serve to substantially improve your organization’s financial performance. RMP maximizes revenues with no cost to you and keeps you compliant.

Our RMP System is not a 340B program. Further, RMP is different than the one offered by GPO. GPO offers discounts while drugs are purchased whereas RMP offers rebates when drugs are dispensed. Both programs can coexist.

  • Hospitals
  • Long-term care facilities
  • Hospice providers
  • Commercial, group and mental health facilities
  • Managed care plans
  • Specialty pharmacy
  • Correctional facilities
  • Physician office affiliated dispense centers (physician offices/clinics)

Our rebate management program is easy to implement and there are no added expenses to be reported in conjunction with the rebate dollars collected—each dollar represents a direct contribution to margin.
